i dont wanna go to work tomorrow, dont make me!!!
oh well, i know i have to.... but for the record I DONT WANT TO!
going to try to get some sleep and going to try to get up early to go to the gym... have not done it in about 4 days.... need to get back on that right away.
i have my follow up apt on tues for my blood pressure
i know i have not lost any weight or inches around my waist so i will probably be put on daily medication for bp. i hope not but i think it is inevitable.
i really hope i can get to sleep soon.... very tired but not physically.... just mentally run down.
i am almost finished with the lap quilt, just have to trim the stray threads and it will be ready to give to him.... looking forward to it.

Hope your first day back to work wasn't too painful!! I was so happy to be back in routine and everyone around me felt the same.
Good for you for even trying to get to the gym!!
Quilt looks great, BTW.
I'm making bracelets tonight...not quilting as I should be, but I'm creating, anyway.
Hi Amy,
If your diastolic pressure is still the 110 you wrote about a while back and it has been consistently for a while then your doc should be doing a thorough workup on you to see if there is something contributing to it and perhaps recommending medication to bring that number down.
I know people who are runners and are quite thin who also have elevated bp, so some of it is diet and exercise and some of it is unexplainable. If you are on any other medications (OTC or perscribed or holistic) I hope the doc is checking to see if any of those could be contributing to the higher bp. High blood pressure is not something to mess with and I can tell you not so pleasant stories about people who just brushed it off. (not trying to scare just giving a reality check.)
If you do get meds recommended do some on line research on counteractions and side effects and don't be afraid to ask for a change if you have side effects that are unpleasant. As you might expect I am a pretty assertive patient [comes from my background] and I try to encourage others to be also.
Jeff
